  A: To get the optimal 25W wireless charging, please ensure all of the following conditions are met:
  You’re using an iPhone 16 series or later running iOS 26 or above.
  You’re connected to an original or single-port USB-C adapter rated at 45W or higher.
  You’re either using no case or a MagSafe-compatible case no thicker than 2.5 mm

• Q：What do the different light ring colors mean?

  A: The LED ring indicates the following statuses:
  Power On: LED on for 5s, then off.
  Standby: Off after 5s.
  Charging: Phone LED solid for 5s (No LED for earbuds/watches).
  Foreign Object Detection: Phone LED blinking (No LED for earbuds/watches).

• Q： Why is my phone not charging?
  1. Insufficient Power Adapter:Charging may fail if using an adapter under 45W, or when connected to a laptop via USB-C/USB-A ports due to insufficient power output. The issue resolves when using a 45W+ adapter or the dedicated Lisen adapter.
  2. Foreign Object Detection (FOD) Trigger:Metal objects on the phone or metal cases can trigger FOD protection, halting charging. Remove any metal异物 (foreign objects) or charge without a case to restore normal function.
  3. Diagnostic Steps:

  • A. Case Check: Remove the phone case. If charging resumes, the case is the issue. Replace it with a standard 2mm magnetic-compatible case.
  • B. Cable & Adapter Check: Connect the data cable directly to the phone (bypassing the wireless charger).If the phone charges via cable, the wireless charger is faulty.If it does not charge, replace the data cable.If replacing the cable works but the original setup fails, ensure you are using a 45W+ power adapter.
