• Q: Will it fall off?

  A: Yes. Due to the vacuum system, the suction cup may naturally lose grip after 1–2 months.If it falls off:First, check if the suction cup base is dirty.→ If dirty, rinse with water, let it air dry completely, then reattach to a clean glass surface (e.g.CarPlay screen area).If not dirty, simply reattach it directly to the glass surface.

• Q: Will it leave a mark on my dashboard or windshield after I remove it?

• Q: Can I use it on a phone with a textured or silicone case?

• Q: Can this magnetic car mount work with iPhone 17?

  A: Yes.For iPhone 12–17 series: Works with bare phone, MagSafe case, or any case thinner than 0.1 inch.For other phone brands: Must use a MagSafe case or attach the included magnetic ring (metal plate) on the outside of the case.Important: The magnetic ring must be attached to the outside of the phone case.   A：No, it does not support wireless charging.

• Q：What is the glowing part on the mount for?

  A：The glowing head is only for aiming your phone in the dark. It helps you locate and align the mount at night. It is not a light for charging or illumination.
