  For wood grain, uneven, textured, or suede surfaces, we recommend using the included 3M adhesive base pad to ensure maximum stability.​
  Please note that the base pad requires 12–24 hours to fully cure before use.

• Q: How do I insert my phone for the first time?

  A: For the first use, gently pull the arms apart, place your phone into the holder, and push it fully against the back panel.​
  Once the phone touches the back panel, the spring mechanism will be triggered and the arms will automatically tighten to adapt to your phone size.​
  This first insertion allows the mount to auto-learn and memorize your phone’s dimensions.
  
  

• Q: How do I insert the phone after the first setup?

  A: After the first setup, you can simply slide your phone in with one hand—no buttons or adjustments required.​
  The mount will automatically lock into the memorized position for fast, smooth docking.​
  A slight resistance during insertion is normal and ensures a secure hold.
  

• Q: What if the arm or rod tilts or rotates over time?

  A: We recommend installing the mount on a horizontal dashboard surface. Avoid vertical mounting, as gravity may cause slight sagging.​
  The mount includes adjustable rotating joints, which may loosen slightly over time to allow easier adjustment.​

  A: This mount is compatible with 99.9% of phones and 99% of phone cases on the market, including thick and rugged cases.​
